Sanacorp appoints Manuel Kuhn to Board role for Trade

Sanacorp, the cooperative pharmaceutical wholesaler, has announced a management change at board level: Effective 1 July 2026, Manuel Kuhn will take over responsibility for the trade division, succeeding Frank Hennings, who will retire.

In the role, Kuhn will be in charge of sales, strategic purchasing, the mea cooperation as well as product and service management.

Internal successor effective 1 July 2026

Kuhn has been with Sanacorp since 2010. He previously held sales leadership responsibilities at the Planegg site and currently heads the “Supplier & Customer Solutions” unit. According to the company, he has played a key role in advancing digital solutions and in developing the mea cooperation.

His predecessor Frank Hennings led the trade division on the board for 13 years and is stepping down at his own request.

Board composition from July

From 1 July 2026, the Sanacorp Board will comprise Patrick Neuss (Chair), Antje Saalfeld (Pharmacies & Quality Assurance), Manuel Kuhn (Trade) and Frank Sczesny (Technology & Operations).
