€11.5M in Funding: Dawn Health Accelerates Global Scaling of Its Digital Health Platform for Pharma

Dawn Health, a global leader in digital health, has secured €11.5 million in funding from its existing investors: Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), and Trifork. The capital will support the scaling of the Dawn Platform and Product Suite and the global rollout of its SaaS model for pharmaceutical companies.

Since 2021, Dawn Health has focused on building a platform tailored to the specific needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Today, the Dawn Platform is already being used by five leading global pharma companies, including Merck and Novartis, across therapeutic areas such as oncology, multiple sclerosis, and rare pediatric conditions like growth disorders.

Most recently, Dawn Health and Merck launched a digital ecosystem for growth hormone deficiency (GHD).
At its core are a redesigned, child-friendly mobile app for patients and caregivers, and a modern portal for healthcare professionals that enables real-time treatment tracking. The solution is built on the scalable Dawn Platform and sets new standards in digital patient support.

The platform helps patients manage their treatment, report symptoms, and stay closely connected with their care teams. By leveraging AI, clinical integration, personalization, and connected health technologies, it creates data-driven value for all stakeholders.

“Our ambition is to become the global leader in digital health,” said CEO Alexander Mandix Hansen. “This investment brings us a significant step closer to that goal.”

With more than 100 employees, robust regulatory infrastructure, and deep partnerships across the life sciences industry, Dawn Health is well positioned for sustainable growth and international expansion.

Chairman Lars Marcher adds: “Since our major investment in 2021, the company has grown significantly. This latest round is a strong signal of confidence from our partners and a testament to our scalable business model.”
