Katrin Neuffer takes over investor relations and communications at Medios

Medios AG has appointed Katrin Neuffer as Director Investor Relations & Communications with immediate effect. In the role, she will manage the company’s communication with investors, analysts, media and the wider public.

Neuffer succeeds Claudia Nickolaus, who is handing over responsibility for the function. Medios describes itself as a leading Specialty Pharma provider in Europe. The company is listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and is included in the SDAX.

Capital markets and IPO experience

Neuffer holds a business administration degree and has around 20 years of experience in capital markets communications. After starting her career at an investor relations agency, she led investor relations and corporate communications at Wacker Neuson from 2007 to 2018. Her tenure included the company’s stock market listing and the development of its capital markets profile. She also headed strategy and sustainability at the company.

She later joined Exyte Group, formerly M+W Group, as Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and Marketing. In that position, she led an international team and worked on preparations for a planned initial public offering. Since 2020, she has advised listed companies independently on investor relations, IPO preparation, crisis communication and restructuring communication.

Change in the communications function

Claudia Nickolaus played a central role in building Medios’ investor relations activities over several years. Her responsibilities included financial reporting, ESG communication and support for the company’s first Capital Markets Day in 2022. Before joining Medios, she held senior investor relations roles at listed companies, including Merck KGaA.

In the company announcement, CEO Thomas Meier highlighted Neuffer’s capital markets expertise as relevant for Medios’ further positioning. He also thanked Nickolaus for her contribution to the company’s capital markets communication.

Upcoming financial calendar

Medios also confirmed several capital markets dates for 2026. The half-year financial report is scheduled for 12 August. The company plans to attend the Berenberg and Goldman Sachs 15th German Corporate Conference in Munich from 21 to 23 September. A Capital Markets Day is scheduled for 28 and 29 September. The quarterly statement as of 30 September is planned for 10 November.

Medios operates sites in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain. The company focuses on Specialty Pharma and personalised medicine, working with pharmacies, specialist medical practices and pharmaceutical companies.
