ReSound Vivia wins Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award
ReSound Vivia has received the Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award in the healthcare category. The award is presented by the Business Intelligence Group and recognizes AI innovations intended to improve quality of life.
Recognition for AI-enabled hearing technology
According to GN Hearing, ReSound Vivia is the smallest AI hearing system. The device includes an additional chip running a Deep Neural Network (DNN) designed to separate speech from background noise and support communication in demanding listening environments.
Study reference from Oldenburg
GN Hearing also points to a study conducted at the Hörzentrum Oldenburg on advanced noise reduction strategies under complex listening conditions. The publication is available via GN Hearing’s Scientific Library.

In a statement, GN Hearing said the award was also given to Beltone Envision, the flagship product of its professional brand Beltone.
