Serviceplan Group and GWI announce strategic partnership: “GWI Spark” agent delivers real Human Insights on Sōkosumi

Serviceplan Group and GWI, a global leader in audience insights, have entered a strategic partnership. From now on, the “GWI Spark” agent is available on the open marketplace Sōkosumi, providing real-time Human Insights.

Launched in June 2025, Sōkosumi enables companies to manage both proprietary and external AI agents on an EU-compliant platform. With the “GWI Spark” agent, users receive instant answers based on real thoughts, feelings, and behaviors – rather than on uncertain or scraped data. This ensures that AI-driven strategies are now built on verified facts.

The agent not only offers fast audience insights but can also be integrated into multi-agent systems. Developers can embed it into other services, giving GWI a dual monetization path – direct usage on Sōkosumi and as a specialized service within complex agent ecosystems.

At the same time, Serviceplan Group has introduced an advanced agent-to-agent orchestration system.
