Dr. Carla Kriwet assumes the role of CEO and President Medical of the CeramTec Group on September 1, 2025

On September 1, 2025, Dr. Carla Kriwet will officially assume the role of CEO and President Medical of the CeramTec Group. She succeeds Dr. Hadi Saleh, who will continue to support the company in a managerial capacity until the end of the year and then join the Supervisory Board starting January 1, 2026.

CeramTec had already announced the leadership transition back in May. Since July, Kriwet and Saleh have been working closely together to ensure a smooth handover. “Carla quickly familiarized herself with the key issues,” Saleh emphasized. “I am grateful for the excellent, close, and trusting cooperation.”

Dr. Saleh also reflected positively: “Together, we have created something very special. I am confident that Carla will continue this success story.”

Dr. Kriwet is highly motivated as she takes on her new role: “Together with Eric Oellerer and Horst Garbrecht, I will do everything I can to continue CeramTec’s success story. I am very much looking forward to this exciting task!”
