AGF Videoforschung announces new Supervisory Board leadership – Tribute to Uwe Storch and fresh impulses from new members

The Supervisory Board of AGF Videoforschung set the course for the next two years at its meeting on September 22. Matthias Eckert (Hessischer Rundfunk) was elected Chairman, with Carsten Schwecke (RTL Deutschland) as Deputy Chairman. Schwecke succeeds Guido Modenbach (Seven. One Entertainment Group), who remains a member of the board.

Kerstin Niederauer-Kopf, Chairwoman of the Management Board of AGF, emphasized:
“With Matthias Eckert and Carsten Schwecke at the helm, the Supervisory Board has sent a clear signal – for continuity, reliability and at the same time for new impulses.”

Tribute to Uwe Storch

With this election, Uwe Storch (Ferrero) concludes his term as Chairman. For more than a decade, he has shaped the work of the board in various roles – most recently as Chairman since February 2023. AGF expressed deep gratitude for his outstanding commitment and clear stance, which significantly contributed to the further development of AGF.

“Uwe Storch has been a highly committed, critical and reliable driving force from the market for many years. We sincerely thank him for his contribution and the trustful cooperation,” said Niederauer-Kopf.

New voices on the Supervisory Board

With Kristina Bulle (Procter & Gamble) and Carsten Kollmus (Dentsu), the Supervisory Board gains two new strong representatives of advertisers and agencies. Both bring international brand management, media expertise and strategic competence to the table, enriching the board with fresh impulses.

Continuity in the Shareholders’ Meeting

The leadership of the Shareholders’ Meeting remains unchanged: Matthias Eckert continues as Chairman, while Guido Modenbach remains Deputy Chairman.
