CONCORDIA selects DEPT® as partner for a future-ready digital experience platform

CONCORDIA, one of Switzerland’s leading health insurance providers, has selected DEPT® as its new digital partner. The collaboration aims to comprehensively modernise and strategically enhance CONCORDIA’s online experience.

Over the coming years, DEPT® will drive a wide-ranging digital transformation – from overarching digital strategy and UX design to content and technology. At the heart of the initiative is the creation of a modern, cloud-based experience platform designed to flexibly adapt to the evolving needs of customers and remain scalable for the future.

Redefining access to digital healthcare

The Swiss insurance sector is undergoing rapid digital change, and CONCORDIA is committed to playing an active role in shaping it. Shaping the future of healthcare

Customer proximity is at the core of the project. The new website aims to make complex insurance information clearer, more understandable and more accessible, while continuing to emphasise personal advice – both online and at around 160 locations across Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

By moving to Adobe Experience Manager in the cloud, CONCORDIA combines user-friendly design with a modern, flexible architecture. This will enable users to access relevant information and services more quickly and easily in the future.
