Leadership Change at PARI Group: Dr. Stefan Seemann Becomes CEO and Joins CFO Anja Zschernig in Leading the Company

Dr. Stefan Seemann has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the PARI Group. Together with CFO Anja Zschernig, he will form the new management team of PARI Medical Holding GmbH.

Dr. Seemann has been with the company for over 25 years, most recently serving as Managing Director of PARI Pharma GmbH. His in-depth knowledge of the company and strategic foresight make him the ideal choice to lead the well-established organization into the future.

“I’m excited to continue contributing to PARI’s success in my new role as CEO, together with my colleagues in the management team,” said Dr. Stefan Seemann.

Following his appointment, Michael Hahn has become the new Managing Director of PARI Pharma GmbH. Hahn has been with PARI since 2006 and most recently served as Vice President eFlow Partnering & Strategy. He brings extensive expertise and a strong partner network to the role.

A leadership change also takes place at PARItec GmbH, the group’s production company: Peter Cabell succeeds Jürgen Müller, who is entering a well-earned retirement. Cabell was previously Director of Production Aerosol Head at PARI Pharma GmbH and brings valuable production experience to the table.

Continuity remains a key principle: Dr. Frank Bredl will continue as Managing Director of PARI GmbH, and Derek Kish will remain President of the U.S. subsidiary PARI Respiratory Equipment, Inc. (PRE).
