#DeinMeinBusiness: Telekom and Scholz & Friends unveil emotional B2B campaign for SMEs
With the new B2B campaign #DeinMeinBusiness, Deutsche Telekom demonstrates its strong connection with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Germany and presents products tailored specifically to this target group. The campaign was developed and realized by Scholz & Friends, Telekom’s new agency partner.
At the heart of the campaign are Telekom’s consultants, who not only know their clients personally but also support them with full dedication. They provide fast, effective solutions and thus become true partners in the everyday lives of hidden champions.
One such example is Chris, a self-employed pyrotechnician with eight employees whose company, TBF PyroTech, creates firework spectacles at mega concerts, the Olympic Games, Eurovision Song Contest, and even the Super Bowl. In a documentary-style format, the campaign follows Telekom consultants spending a day with Chris, showing how smooth digital infrastructure makes his spectacular shows possible.
“We want to show through real stories that Telekom consultants are there for their customers with all their hearts — turning them into brand ambassadors,” explains Christian Kroll, Managing Director Creation at Scholz & Friends Hamburg.
To kick things off, Telekom is introducing the exclusive product “Unlimited” — a 5G business offer with unlimited high-speed data volume. “This offer is ideal for everyone who wants to move their business forward without worrying about limited data,” emphasizes Torsten Brodt, Senior Vice President SME at Telekom.
The campaign focuses on emotional video content and will run across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Digital Out of Home, as well as events and at the point of sale. After the launch with pyrotechnician Chris, more stories and tailored product offerings will follow throughout the year — for example, with Café Sono and Enkatex.
Liane Siebenhaar, Managing Director at Scholz & Friends Hamburg, adds: “With the #DeinMeinBusiness campaign, we are creating an important enablement platform for Germany’s small entrepreneurs.”
