Publicis Health, the world’s most connected and data-powered health communications network, is acquiring the renowned full-service agency p-value Group. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, p-value Group is known for its scientific excellence, deep therapeutic expertise, and a highly skilled team of advanced-degree professionals.

The agency partners with life sciences companies throughout the full product lifecycle – from early-stage development to commercialization. Through this acquisition, Publicis Health positions itself as a driver of the next generation of medical communications, bridging scientific rigor and commercial impact.

In a rapidly evolving landscape of regulatory change, innovation, and rising competition, this alliance enables the joint power of data, technology, creativity, and therapeutic knowledge to inform better decision-making and deliver measurable, health-focused outcomes.

p-value Group will continue to be led by Founder and CEO Linda Corvari, PharmD, and will become part of Publicis Health. This integration strengthens the global medical expertise within the network – especially across Langland Medical and Razorfish Health – and reaffirms Publicis Health’s commitment to communicating science effectively throughout the product lifecycle.
