Eva Alhnef named new business director at NiSiPharm

NiSiPharm is expanding its leadership structure. Eva Alhnef has been appointed business director at the company, which specializes in pharma marketing and project support.

The appointment reflects rising demands on quality, organizational structures and collaboration with pharmaceutical clients. Founder and managing director Dr. Silke Sittner remains part of the company’s leadership.

Operational support for pharmaceutical companies

Founded in 2008, NiSiPharm works with pharmaceutical companies as an integrated partner across the commercial lifecycle. Its services cover both strategic support and operational execution.

The company is typically brought in when clients need additional capacity, specialist expertise or project-based support. This can include staffing bottlenecks, product launches or exceptional projects.

Key areas include campaign and material management, launch excellence, event management, public relations and scientific and medical support.

Alhnef has been with NiSiPharm since 2020

Eva Alhnef joined NiSiPharm in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration with a focus on marketing and event management, and is also trained as a pharmaceutical sales representative.

According to the company, she has ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. In her new role, she is expected to strengthen the link between client needs, processes and implementation.

For NiSiPharm, the appointment also supports its positioning in Rx pharma marketing, where regulatory requirements, medical content and operational workflows need to be closely aligned.
