With celebrity support: Eubos repositions its brand through a social media campaign

Renowned for its medical skincare products traditionally sold in pharmacies, Eubos is making a bold move in its ongoing brand rejuvenation strategy. Following the 2024 rebranding and the expansion of its own online shop, the company now launches a targeted social media campaign to reach new customer segments.

To support this transformation, Eubos has partnered with Hamburg-based agency Rock & Stars, which now manages the brand’s organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. This includes regular content production, community management, and influencer and UGC collaborations.

A standout element of the campaign is the long-term partnership with actresses Janin Ullmann and Cheyenne Pahde. Known for their strong media presence and authentic communication, both are ideal ambassadors to build trust in the effectiveness of Eubos’ skincare products.

“Authenticity and relatability are the key qualities that make Cheyenne and Janin so valuable to us,” says Bernd Wild, Head of Marketing, E-Commerce & Key Account Management at Eubos.

The campaign’s creative direction is reflected in bold, emotionally charged slogans such as “Youth, please come back soon” for the anti-aging night cream and “You’ll grow out of aging again” for the new High Defence Fluid from the anti-aging series.
