UCB Pharma GmbH is preparing a leadership change for its German organisation. The biopharmaceutical company, based in Monheim am Rhein, will appoint Benoît Creveau as General Manager in Germany effective 1 January 2027.

Creveau joins from Daiichi Sankyo Germany, where he most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Specialty Medicines. His earlier career also included roles at Bristol Myers Squibb. Born in France, he has lived and worked in Germany for 18 years.

Succession at the German affiliate

Creveau succeeds Dr Hanna Rabia Khan, who is continuing her career outside UCB. The company acknowledged her contribution to the development of the German organisation.

For the German pharma and healthcare market, the appointment brings a manager with specialty medicines experience to the top role at the country organisation. UCB linked the move to continuing its work in Germany and working with employees on the next steps for the affiliate.
