AI Pharmaday 2026 in Munich spotlights real-world execution

AI Pharmaday 2026 has been announced for 16 April 2026 in Munich. The event is set to take place at the Marriott City West. The program is positioned around the use of artificial intelligence in pharma companies and pharmacies, with an emphasis on turning ideas into operational applications.

According to the organizers, the 2026 edition follows the 2025 kick-off, which they say drew more than 120 participants from the pharma industry, pharmacies, and service providers. The event is aimed at marketing and sales decision-makers across Rx and OTC, AI users, and other sector experts.

Agenda blocks and content focus

The agenda is structured into three thematic blocks: an external perspective with practical transfer, a block focused on industry and pharma, and a block centered on pharmacies and point of care. Planned content includes best-practice cases spanning AI assistants and topics linked to generative AI optimization.

After each block, interactive practical elements are scheduled, including live demos, hands-on exercises, and collaborative work on use cases. The intention is to facilitate exchange between decision-makers and experts from AI and healthcare, and to provide insights into developments along the pharmaceutical value chain.

Target groups and registration timeline

The target audience includes decision-makers from pharma and medtech, covering OTC, Rx, dietary supplements, and medical devices, as well as pharmacists with a focus on digital transformation. Representatives from associations and wholesale are also referenced.

The registration deadline is stated as 31 March 2026. The hosts named are Dr. Stefan Hartmann (MAVIgroup) and Tino Niggemeier (xeomed GmbH).
