Digital healthcare reimagined: DrAnsay unveils new brand identity and creative campaign “Simply Healthy”
With over one million patients, DrAnsay is among Germany’s leading digital healthcare providers. Now, the e-health platform is launching a new brand identity and nationwide creative campaign under the motto “Simply Healthy.” The design, concept, and production were created by Hamburg-based agency TankTank.
Germany’s healthcare system is known for its challenges – long waiting times, crowded practices, and complex processes. Yet, more and more people today expect digital convenience and control over their health. This is where DrAnsay comes in: offering an easy and self-determined access to healthcare services, such as digital repeat prescriptions that save chronically ill patients unnecessary doctor visits.
At the heart of the integrated campaign is a 90-second music video titled “Ich fühl mich nich so” (“I’m not feeling so great”), which humorously captures the everyday experiences of patients. The idea: those who are truly sick should visit a doctor — but if you’re just “not feeling so,” DrAnsay is the right place for you. Directed by Baris Aladag, with photography by Timmo Schreiber and music composed by Tommy Peters, the campaign combines emotion and humor in a fresh way.
“We’ve completely reimagined DrAnsay — conceptually, visually, and communicatively. This positions us as a brand that makes digital health simple, approachable, and human,”
says Jeanette Hepp, Chief Marketing Officer at DrAnsay.
Florentin Hock, Partner Creative at TankTank, adds:
“Strategically and creatively supporting DrAnsay is an exciting challenge. And since we sometimes don’t feel ‘so great’ ourselves, we know: music helps. Humor too.”
Beyond the music video, the integrated campaign includes TV spots, nationwide OOH formats, social media content, and impactful PR and event initiatives.
At the same time, DrAnsay is broadening its focus. The platform is evolving from a pure service provider to a digital health hub, where education, information, and trust take center stage. A highlight is the new AI health assistant “Ask DrAnsAI”, which offers users helpful advice and answers anytime, anywhere – simply, directly, and discreetly.
DrAnsay is also taking new steps in social media. With dialogue-driven content formats and familiar voices such as Tanja Bülter, Curly, Herzensdoc Nana, and Paula Lambert, the brand becomes more engaging and relatable than ever.
DrAnsay proves that digital healthcare can be simple, human, and modern – simply healthy.
